The Provincial Supplies and Tenders Board (PSTB) under the Office of the Madang Provincial Administrator oversees procurement governance to ensure transparency, fairness, and value for money. PSTB evaluates and awards contracts for goods, services, and works in line with the National Procurement Act 2018. It sets procurement thresholds, approves tender documents, and ensures compliance with national and provincial policies.

Providing operational support and capacity building for procurement activities across Madang Province
The Provincial Procurement Office (PPO) provides operational support for procurement activities across Madang Province. As the secretariat to PSTB, PPO administers tender processes, manages supplier relationships, and monitors contract implementation. It also facilitates capacity building, internal audits, and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
