The Provincial Policy & Corporate Services Office, under the Madang Provincial Administration, leads strategic policy development and delivers core corporate support functions across the province. It operates in consultation with the Provincial Administrator and reports to the Provincial Management Team. The office conducts evidence-based policy research, coordinates strategic and corporate planning, and oversees finance, human resources, ICT, records management, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and administrative secretariat services to enhance efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
The Policy and Corporate Services Office leads strategic policy development, monitoring, and core corporate support functions across Madang Province. It operates with functional autonomy, convening consultative dialogues with the Provincial Administrator for supervisory guidance, while reporting primarily to the Provincial Management Team through a broad consultative process. Its mandate encompasses evidence-based policy research and analysis, strategic and corporate planning, and oversight of finance, human resources, works infrastructure, ICT, and records management.
